Top up phone
With the Phone & Data feature, you can quickly top up your phone or mobile data in just a few seconds.
Note: Currently, Fizen only supports prepaid mobile number top-ups via the Mobile feature. For postpaid numbers, users can top up through the Gift Card feature. The Data Top-Up feature will be updated soon with suitable packages to provide the best experience for users.
Step 1: From the Fizen Super App homepage, select Phone & Data

Step 2: Choose the Country > Enter the Phone Number > Select the Mobile Network Provider.

Step 3: Choose the Top-up Amount > Select a Payment Token: USDT / BNB / FiGift.


Step 4: Tap Pay.
After a successful payment, the top-up amount will be automatically added to your mobile balance.


After completing a Top Up transaction, you can review the transaction details on the confirmation screen. No further action is required.
There are four transaction status types you should know:
Processing Transaction: The transaction is currently being processed. Please wait until it is completed, and your purchased Phone Top Up becomes available.
Completed Transaction: The transaction has been successfully completed. You can open the order to view your purchased Phone Top Up
Refunded Transaction: The transaction could not be completed for various reasons, such as the card being out of stock or an issue with the provider. The amount you paid will be automatically refunded to your wallet. To check the refunded amount, return to the main screen and tap the History icon.
Failed Transaction: The transaction was canceled due to an error, possibly caused by user action or a network issue on your device. In this case, please exit the Fizen app temporarily, check your internet connection, reopen the app, and initiate a new transaction.
