How to buy/sell crypto on the Fizen Super App?
With the P2P (peer-to-peer) feature, you can buy cryptocurrencies (e.g.,USDT, BNB, ETH) using fiat currency (e.g., EUR, USD, VND), and sell cryptocurrencies to receive fiat. Below is a step-by-step guide to buying and selling crypto using Fizen P2P.
To begin using this feature, go to the Homepage of the Fizen Super App > Tap on Fizen P2P, then follow these steps:
1. Buy crypto
Step 1: In the Fizen P2P section > Select Buy.
Step 2: Enter the amount in Vietnamese Dong (VND) that you want to spend.
Step 3: Agree to Fizen's Terms & Conditions > Swipe to confirm the order.
Step 4: IMPORTANT You must agree to carefully copy and paste the following buyer information exactly as shown to avoid any risk of losing funds:
BANK NAME
BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER
TRANSFER MESSAGE
Step 5: Save the QR code, or copy the buyer’s payment information > Open your banking app and complete the payment.
Step 6: Return to the Fizen Super App > Tap "I have transferred" to track your order status.
The transaction is expected to be completed within 1–10 minutes after you finish the transfer. However, completion time may vary depending on your bank's processing speed. If you encounter any issues while tracking your order, please use the Support button to contact Fizen Customer Service for immediate assistance.
2. Sell crypto
Step 1: In the Fizen P2P section, select Sell.
Step 2: Enter the amount of USDT you want to sell.
Step 3: Enter your bank details accurately:
Bank name
Bank account number
Full name of the account holder
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Please double-check all information carefully to avoid any risk of losing your funds.
Step 4: Swipe to confirm the order.
The transaction is expected to be completed within 1–10 minutes after you finish the transfer. However, completion time may vary depending on your bank's processing speed. After you create a P2P order, the order status will be displayed as follows:
Order ID: This is the ID number to classify and store your order. If you have any problems with your order, please copy the order ID, along with the transfer image (for purchase orders) and send it to Customer Service for support
Receive money status: Estimated transaction completion time is 1-10 minutes, depending on the bank. Transaction completion time may vary depending on the bank's receiving & processing process. The transaction status transition process includes:
For P2P purchase orders: Create order ⇒ Received VND ⇒ Sent Crypto
For P2P sale orders: Create order ⇒ Received Crypto ⇒ Sent Fiat
