How to use QR Pay?

With the QR Pay feature, you can scan a QR code to convert USDT to Fiat or transfer USDT between QR Pay accounts.

⚠️ NOTES:

• QR Pay is currently available in Vietnam, Philippines. Support for other regions will be launched soon.

• You can scan VietQR, Momo, and ZaloPay codes.

1. How to Deposit into Your QR Pay Balance

Step 1: On the Fizen Super App home screen, select QR Pay

Step 2: Tap Deposit

Step 3: Enter the amount of USDT you want to deposit

Step 4: Agree to Fizen’s Terms & Conditions > Swipe to confirm

2. How to Scan QR Codes Using QR Pay

Step 1: In the QR Pay section, select Scan to Spend

Step 2: Point the camera at the QR code to scan, or select a QR code image from your photo gallery

Note: You should allow the app to access your camera and photo gallery

Step 3: Enter the amount in VND and add a message

Step 4: Swipe to confirm

3. How to Transfer USDT

The "Send" section includes two features: Withdraw USDT to your Fizen wallet, or Transfer USDT to another QR Pay account.

3. 1. Withdraw USDT to Your Fizen Wallet

Step 1: Go to QR Pay > Select Withdraw to your Fizen wallet

Step 2: Enter the amount in USDT > Swipe to Confirm

3.2. Transfer USDT to Another QR Pay Account

Step 1: Go to QR Pay > Select Transfer to another QR Pay account

Step 2: Enter the amount in USDT, the recipient’s wallet address (Binance Smart Chain network), and a message > Swipe to confirm

After completing a QR Pay transaction, you can review the transaction details on the confirmation screen. No further action is required.

• Recipient Account Information, including:

  • Recipient Name

  • Bank Account Number

  • Bank Name

• Amount Sent

• Message

• Date & Time of Transaction Creation

• Transaction ID
