Purchase and activate an eSIM?

Step 1: On the Home screen of the Fizen Super App, select the eSIM section.

Step 2: Enter the country name.

Step 3: Choose a suitable eSIM package based on the following information:

  • Validity period

  • Amount of data (MB/GB per day)

  • Coverage area

Step 4: Select your desired data allowance and validity duration > Tap Buy Now and confirm the transaction.

After the transaction is completed, the system will display full eSIM information along with a QR code that you can use.

Part 1: Adding an eSIM to Your Phone

Step 1: On your phone, go to Settings > tap Mobile/Cellular.

Step 2: Look for the option to Add eSIM > choose Use QR Code, then add your eSIM using one of the two methods below:

  • Method 1: Use your phone’s camera to scan the eSIM QR code directly.

  • Method 2: Tap Enter Details Manually. For this method, you will need to manually enter the activation information provided by the carrier:

    • Open the Fizen Super App > copy the SM-DP+ Address > return to Settings and paste it.

    • Then go back to the Fizen Super App > copy the Activation Code > return to Settings and paste it.

Step 3: Select Travel > continue through all setup prompts, including:

  • Activate eSIM

  • Default Line

  • iMessage & FaceTime

  • Mobile Data

Then tap Continue or Confirm.

Step 4: Tap Set Up Later when prompted > then proceed through all steps under Update Preferred Line for Contacts.

Part 2: Activating the eSIM

Step 1: On your phone, go to Settings > tap Mobile/Cellular.

Step 2: Configure other eSIM settings on your device (e.g., name, label, etc.).

Step 3: Activate the eSIM by enabling Data Roaming and Turn On This Line.

There are four transaction status types you should know:

After completing an eSIM purchase transaction, you can review the transaction details on the confirmation screen. No further action is required.

  1. Processing Transaction: The transaction is currently being processed. Please wait until it is completed, and your purchased eSIM becomes available.

  2. Completed Transaction: The transaction has been successfully completed. You can open the order to view your purchased eSIM.

  3. Refunded Transaction: The transaction could not be completed for various reasons, such as the eSIM being out of stock or an issue with the eSIM provider. The amount you paid will be automatically refunded to your wallet. To check the refunded amount, return to the main screen and tap the History icon.

  4. Failed Transaction: The transaction was canceled due to an error, possibly caused by user action or a network issue on your device. In this case, please exit the Fizen app temporarily, check your internet connection, reopen the app, and initiate a new transaction.
