To use the purchased Gift Card, please follow 1 of the 2 following options:
Option 1:
On the main screen of Fizen Super App > Select Gift Card
Option 2:
In the Gift Purchase History section > Select the completed Gift transaction to view detailed information
Click on the Gift Card display section at the bottom
After accessing the Gift card, the card will be displayed as:
⇒ QR Code
⇒ Code/Number of the card
⇒ Validity period
⇒ Expiry date
⇒ Hotline from Partner Brand
To use the card, you can choose one of the following two ways:
🔹 Scan the code directly:
Display the QR code or code/number of the card for the store staff to scan the code at the checkout counter.
🔹 Manually enter in the application:
With some application platforms such as Grab, Shopee,... you need to copy the card number and paste it into the payment section to be able to use it.

All Gift Cards in Fizen are issued by Partner Brands. Please read the Terms and Conditions attached to each card carefully before using, as each brand will have different policies and usage limits.
