How to apply for a Fizen Card?

1. Pre-registration is open for the 5,000 free Adventure Card 1st Cohort at Fizen Card

2. After Card goes live, you can apply for a card directly on the Fizen Super App

Step 1. Enter Fizen Super App

Step 2. Go to Cards → Choose your preferred Card

Step 3. Complete KYC and submit your information. If you've verified your identity, enter your email to proceed

Step 4. Confirm your card order

Step 5. Receive instant approval

Most virtual cards are issued within minutes. You can start using your virtual Adventure Card online or via Apple Pay/Google Pay immediately.

For physical cards, delivery may take 7-10 business days. Exact times vary by region and customs.

How can I activate the physical card?

You can activate it once you receive it:

1. Open the Fizen App

2. Go to Cards → Manage Card

3. Click Activate Card

4. Follow the on-screen steps

Can I add the card to Apple Pay / Google Pay?

Yes. Once your virtual or physical card is active, add it to your mobile wallet:

• Apple Pay: Settings → Wallet → Add Card

• Google Pay: Google Wallet → Add Card

Tap to Pay is supported globally where applicable.

Fizen is a crypto payment super app, so we also support QR payment method in some countries, such as Vietnam, the Philippines, Brazil, Georgia, Argentina, and more coming soon. If you already have a QR Pay balance, you can transfer funds from your QR Pay account to your Card account
