Thao Nguyen, another remarkable leader in the Fizen team, serves as the Chief Operating Officer, ensuring the smooth operation and cohesion of the entire company. With over 14 years of experience in global finance, Thao holds an MBA in International Finance from Hitotsubashi University in Japan. She is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Financial Risk Manager (FRM).
Her diverse experience in the financial service sector covers areas such as:

In 2019, Thao Nguyen made a transition to the blockchain field, initially serving as Business Development Director at TomoChain Japan. She later engaged in various blockchain projects as a Financial Advisor before dedicating her efforts to Fizen. Thao works closely with the legal and business teams to ensure the smooth operation of Fizen and the expansion of the project.
