Fizen Cards are not available in the countries and regions listed below due to regulatory or operational restrictions. We continuously review global compliance requirements and will expand coverage where possible. Exemptions (Proof of Residency) If you are a citizen of a restricted country but you currently live in a supported country/region, you may still be eligible to create a Fizen Card by submitting valid proof of legal residency in your country of residence during verification.

Accepted documents may include:

• Residence permit/resident card

• Eligible long-term visa (where permitted)

• Local driver’s license (issued by the country where you live)

• Other official government-issued residency documents (case-by-case)

Approval is subject to compliance checks and document verification. Fizen reserves the right to request additional information or decline applications where required by regulation or risk controls.
