Can I withdraw money from the card balance?

Yes, you can withdraw to your Fizen Wallet or your QR Pay account anytime.

Is there a top-up fee?

Yes. There is a 0.5% top-up fee, but you enjoy a 0-fee top-up with your card/plan limit
