# Redeem

1. ### Giftcard/NFT/Token

**Step 1**: Tap **Redeem FiPoint** on **Homepage**

**Step 2**: Initially, Fizen will choose your current location as the country. You can change it later.

**Step 3**: Choose rewards you want to redeem

**Step 4**: Review reward information then tap Redeem in the bottom right corner of the screen

**Step 5**: Tap Redeem to confirm FiPoint payment

**Step 6**: Waiting for reward delivery. Rewards are usually delivered within 5 minutes, but in some cases, it can take up to seven days for giftcard delivery. Please note that with token and NFT reward, Fizen will cover the transaction fee. You will be notified once the rewards are delivered. 

2. ### Lucky Wheel 

One of the most anticipated loyalty programs, Lucky Wheel, is a spin & win game. You will have numerous chances to acquire appealing gifts such as vouchers, NFTs, tokens, FiPoints, and puzzle pieces to combine into gifts of great value by simply spending FiPoint for spins. Rewards may differ from every campaign.

#### Join the Lucky Wheel 

**Step 1**: Access the **Redeem FiPoint** page from the homepage.

**Step 2**: Select Lucky wheel on the top of Reward Catalog screen.

**Step 3**: Select Spin. Each spin will request spending FiPoint.

**Step 4**: Waiting for reward delivery. Rewards are usually delivered within 5 minutes. Please note that with token and NFT reward, Fizen will cover the transaction fee. You will be notified once the rewards are delivered.

**Step 5**: If your reward is a puzzle piece, go to **Your reward** page to keep track of the number of pieces you own, send them to friends, or combine them if you have collected all. Fizen will give you 1 NFT of the gift once combined successfully and physical gifts. Please note that combining pieces will require winner verification by phone number and email.

#### Transfer gift piece to friends

**Step 1**: Select **Your reward** icon in the right-above of the Spin button.

**Step 2**: Select **Share** icon for the piece you want to send

**Step 3**: Choose your recipient. You can select from your contacts or recent activities, input or scan a wallet address.

**Step 4**: Confirm sending the piece

**Step 5**: The recipient will be notified once the piece is delivered.
